About Rosemary

Rosemary's commitment and passion to providing opportunities for children, young people, students and adults to achieve their dreams and aspirations led her to establishing Unlock Your Potential.

Her dedication to people of any age, being given a chance to live their life to its greatest potential, began over 15 years ago.

Trained as a teacher, Rosemary initially taught in mainstream primary and secondary schools prior to gaining additional qualifications to work with students in special education settings, as both a teacher and an Assistant Principal.

Her ability and aptitude to 'make a difference', then led Rosemary to being employed as an educational consultant in both Victoria and Western Australia. She has also held senior leadership positions with various state government departments, local councils and non-government organisations in Victoria.

Rosemary's primary focus in all these positions has been to work alongside people from all walks of life, to assist with the achievement of their goals, through the realisation that the potential to do so lies within.

Rosemary's own personal development journey has had an extraordinary impact on her life. During the past few years, she has had the privilege to learn from and personally meet world renowned speakers including Bob Proctor, Morris Goodman (the Miracle Man), Chris Howard, Tony Robbins, Roger Hamilton, Keith Cunningham, Shawn Achor, Les Brown and Dr John Demartini.

Being a mum to Sarah, Rachel and Andrew, all under the age of 12, Rosemary understands the profound impact that personal development has on children.

Rosemary and her team are committed to 'making a difference', to go that extra mile, to unlock YOUR potential, through the unique blend of ‘walking the talk’ and extensive knowledge in both personal and professional development.
